As a Warehouse Picker, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using warehouse management software and handheld scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Inspect products for damage or defects prior to packing.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, if certified.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but training is provided for enthusiastic candidates.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
