Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Verify the accuracy of items against packing slips and ensure proper labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in a safe and compliant manner.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment to minimize hazards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Report damaged goods or inventory discrepancies immediately to the warehouse supervisor.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
