Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies throughout the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and maintain accurate stock records in our WMS system
- Inspect and maintain material handling equipment to ensure operational safety and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow and minimize downtime
- Adhere to strict OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments with proper documentation and labeling
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse/material handling environments
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required
