Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, carts) to transport goods safely within the facility.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to pick items according to customer orders with high accuracy.
- Pack, label, and stage merchandise for shipment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Conduct regular quality checks to verify order integrity and item condition.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment as directed by management.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; prior warehouse experience is a plus.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
