Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Verify product quantities and descriptions against customer orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Label, sort, and organize stock in designated areas to maintain inventory integrity.
- Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, when certified.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to optimize workflow and resolve issues.
- Perform regular cycle counts and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanning technology is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
