Responsibilities
- Retrieve customer orders from the warehouse management system using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Locate and pick products from designated storage locations on the warehouse floor.
- Verify that all picked items match the packing slips to ensure order accuracy.
- Stage picked items for packing and prepare them for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and cycle counting as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours per shift).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
