Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders efficiently using handheld scanners and RF technology
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation to maintain accuracy
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and quality checks
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train everyone!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Basic math and literacy skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Pass background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service or team experience a plus
