Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-picking technology
- Organize inventory in designated warehouse zones following FIFO principles
- Operate pallet jacks and electric carts safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and aisles
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- No experience required – we provide comprehensive on-the-job training
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
