Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and handheld devices
- Organize inventory in designated warehouse zones following safety protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Maintain clean and organized work environment to ensure operational efficiency
- Perform quality checks on products before shipping
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment issues and warehouse discrepancies to supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide full training!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours per day with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid government-issued photo ID and eligibility to work in the US
- Reliable transportation to our Austin facility
