Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to packing slips and system instructions
- Operate warehouse equipment safely including pallet jacks and barcode scanners
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counting and documentation
- Organize and stage finished products for shipment
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment issues or inventory discrepancies to supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Valid government-issued ID and authorization to work in the US
