Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and voice-directed systems
- Verify product quality and quantities before shipment
- Maintain organized inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours in a climate-controlled environment
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification if not already certified
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
