Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to picklists and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand scanners, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for damage and maintain inventory accuracy
- Follow FIFO protocols and organize stock in designated zones
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work in temperature-controlled warehouse environment
