Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform quality control checks to ensure product integrity before shipping
- Maintain organized inventory records and assist with cycle counts
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification) for material movement
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining accuracy standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional overtime
