Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to ensure OSHA compliance
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle count processes
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- 1+ years warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
