Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise accurately and efficiently according to order tickets.
- Operate handheld scanners to verify inventory and ensure order accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks safely, ensuring proper weight distribution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Sort and organize stock in designated bins and storage areas.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
- Perform light maintenance on warehouse equipment as directed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
