- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks)
- Maintain organized and clean workstations
- Perform quality checks on outgoing products
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily targets
- Report inventory discrepancies to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to operate warehouse technology
- Reliable transportation to Jefferson Ave location
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
