Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and resolve discrepancies immediately
- Maintain organized inventory storage and rotation practices
- Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely dispatch
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or fulfillment experience
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
