The Role
As a Warehouse Picker, you will be the backbone of our fulfillment center. You will work in a fast-paced environment ensuring that every order is picked accurately and packed with care.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate powered industrial equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, when certified.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
