Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and voice-picking technology
- Optimize picking routes to maximize efficiency and meet daily targets
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counting and reconciliation
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse picking/packing experience
- Proficient in RF scanners and WMS systems
- Forklift/Pallet Jack certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Basic math skills and inventory management knowledge
- Reliable transportation to the Anaheim facility
