Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and digital systems
- Optimize warehouse inventory through cycle counting and stock rotation
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety protocols
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces to meet OSHA standards
- Collaborate with supervisors to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Support cross-functional teams in meeting daily shipping targets
- Adhere to all company SOPs and quality control measures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Proficient with RF scanners and inventory software
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Reliable transportation to local warehouse (if hybrid)
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
