Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select and package merchandise according to customer orders and company guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and handheld scanners.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse housekeeping standards.
- Shipping Support: Prepare shipments for delivery and load trucks efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail preferred but not required (training provided).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order fulfillment.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Tools: Basic computer skills and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
