Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99% accuracy using warehouse management systems.
- Verify product quantities, quality, and condition against packing slips.
- Operate handheld scanners and handheld computers efficiently to process orders.
- Load and unload trucks safely, adhering to all weight limits and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards).
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and reduce bottlenecks.
- Assist in inventory control, stock rotation, and returns processing.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (up to 10+ hours).
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow safety guidelines and instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for entry-level roles.
