Responsibilities
- Select, pack, and verify merchandise using barcode scanners and handheld devices to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and update stock locations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize picking routes and improve overall warehouse efficiency.
- Load and unload shipments efficiently using hand trucks or pallet jacks as required.
- Perform regular quality checks on packaged orders to prevent damages and returns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or fulfillment center environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new scanning software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
