Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency using handheld scanners.
- Verify product quantities and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Load and unload outbound and inbound freight safely and according to weight limits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
