Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to pick tickets
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) with training
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic checks
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Assist in receiving and stocking as needed
Qualifications
- No experience required – we provide full training!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation to our Columbus facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance
- Pass pre-employment background check
