Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and delivery vehicles using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment to ensure safety and proper operation.
- Operate forklifts in a safe manner, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Organize and maintain a clean, orderly warehouse environment, including tagging and labeling pallets.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock management to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Class 1, 3, or 4) is required.
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory verification.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
