Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting activities
- Adapt to seasonal volume fluctuations during peak periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn RF scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled warehouse environments
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
