Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inspect products for quality and damage prior to packaging to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift with proper form.
- Basic math and reading skills for scanning barcodes and reading labels accurately.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or logistics setting is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or nights.
