Your Day-to-Day
As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the efficient movement and preparation of inventory.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise against customer orders with a focus on 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Scan items using RF scanners to update inventory systems in real-time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently during inbound and outbound operations.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
