Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency using RF scanners.
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided).
- Inspect merchandise for damage, defects, and quality control before packing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper weight distribution and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies and optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required (we train).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50-75 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
