Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves using RF scanners and handheld devices with high accuracy.
- Prepare and pack customer orders efficiently, ensuring proper packaging materials are used.
- Inspect products for defects and report damaged items to the inventory control team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Load and unload trailers and delivery trucks in a timely manner.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software or handheld devices quickly.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and quality control.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Forklift certification (if applicable) is a significant plus.
