Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Inspect incoming and outgoing inventory for damage or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Scan and label items using barcode scanners and handheld devices.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, ensuring proper weight distribution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to learn and participate in paid training programs.
