Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 person overnight crew, ensuring safety compliance and operational excellence
- Optimize inventory management systems using WMS platforms for real-time tracking
- Coordinate high-volume order fulfillment with 99.5% accuracy standards
- Implement lean practices to reduce processing time by 15% quarterly
- Train and mentor staff on OSHA protocols and equipment operation
- Generate performance reports and implement corrective action plans
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless transition of operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with overnight shift leadership
- Forklift certification (OSHA) and experience with electric pallet jacks
- Proficient in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management preferred
