Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders and packing slips.
- Operate powered industrial equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon training).
- Ensure the accuracy of all orders to minimize returns and errors.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before processing shipments.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to read labels and barcodes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
