Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed)
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain organized stock locations
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize picking routes and workflows
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Support shipping/receiving processes as operational needs arise
- Utilize remote tools for schedule flexibility and task updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to Lubbock facility for on-site shifts
- Flexible availability including occasional weekends
