Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to maintain stock accuracy
- Collaborate with supervisors via remote communication tools for task prioritization
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings (virtual/hybrid options available)
- Optimize picking routes to maximize productivity and minimize travel time
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with RF scanners and inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation to facility (remote work elements require home internet)
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong time management skills with ability to work independently
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, etc.)
