Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts - certified preferred)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic counting and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience accepted
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification if not already certified
