Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks to maintain stock accuracy
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize picking routes and workflows
- Inspect products for quality compliance before shipment
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Participate in remote training sessions and digital reporting via company portal
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds frequently and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for digital reporting systems
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (company training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
