As a Warehouse Picker, you will be the backbone of our fulfillment operations. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, physically fit, and ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select merchandise using RF scanners and prepare items for shipping according to customer orders.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and report any discrepancies or damaged goods immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery to move materials.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Workflow Efficiency: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring aisles are clear and equipment is stored properly.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we offer comprehensive on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new warehouse management systems quickly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction and inventory integrity.
