Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners and voice-pick technology
- Operate powered industrial equipment including pallet jacks and reach trucks
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Train on new warehouse technologies and process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or order fulfillment experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (10-40°F)
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability for weekend shifts
