Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Ensure all merchandise is accurately labeled and staged for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and KPIs.
- Handle heavy packages and operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (temperature-controlled warehouse).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
