Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and digital inventory systems
- Operate warehouse equipment safely including pallet jacks and conveyors
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize inventory flow
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Reliable transportation to our North Side facility
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings/weekends
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy focus
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
