Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship inventory using industry-standard equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records through our digital tracking system
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with remote team members for order fulfillment coordination
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing products
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Participate in weekly virtual team meetings for operational updates
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for remote reporting tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to Fort Wayne facility
