Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners and digital systems
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems
- Perform inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain real-time stock accuracy
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to ensure seamless workflow transitions
- Maintain clean and organized work areas per OSHA safety standards
- Process returns and damaged goods documentation following company protocols
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize picking efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Valid Washington state driver's license and clean background check
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays during peak seasons
