Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily/weekly production targets
- Maintain clean and organized work areas according to OSHA standards
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to supervisors
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (refrigerated/freezer sections)
- Reliable transportation to our Buffalo facility
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
