As a Warehouse Picker, you will be the face of our fulfillment operations, ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld RF scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Verify product quantities, descriptions, and barcodes against purchase orders.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely and efficiently when required.
- Assist in inventory control and cycle counting activities.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure workplace safety.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
