- Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure product availability.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure proper packaging standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other departments to meet daily operational targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Availability: Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow complex instructions.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for inventory tracking.
- No Experience Needed: We provide hands-on training and mentorship for all new hires.
