Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using RF scanners and digital systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies immediately
- Maintain a clean, organized work area following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
