Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy using RF scanners and pick-to-light systems
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification)
- Maintain organized and efficient inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Reliable transportation to our Madison facility
