Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15+ warehouse associates to achieve productivity targets
- Implement and maintain OSHA-compliant safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS system management
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams
- Analyze operational metrics to identify process improvement opportunities
- Ensure timely resolution of operational bottlenecks and customer inquiries
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution or fulfillment environments
- OSHA 10/30 certification or equivalent safety management training
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., Oracle WMS, Manhattan Active)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
